Trademarks appearing on this website, including but not limited to Linda Dufresne’s trademarks, are the property of their respective owner and may not be reproduced without their owners’ express permission. The design and layout of Linda Dufresne’s website is protected as trade dress and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part.

Many of Linda Dufresne’s quilt and afghan patterns are free but Linda retains the copyright on the patterns. You may sell quilts or afghans you make from these patterns. You may not duplicate, resell, or republish the patterns for any commercial purpose without her written consent.

Website use: You may post text links to Linda’s patterns on your web site but may not publish or post her designs or graphics without express written authorization. You may post photos of quilts you yourself have made from her designs to your website but the published photos should clearly attribute the pattern to Linda Dufresne and post a link to her website. You may sell quilts or afghans you make from her patterns online but you may not sell or republish the patterns online for any purpose without her express written consent.

Linda is an avid fan of Missouri Star Quilt Company’s YouTube channel. Any pattern redesigned based on those videos are clearly indicated and links have been posted. The videos are free and it is Linda’s intention that her redesigns also remain free as an instructional tool.

Return Policy

Linda wants customers to be 100% satisfied. There is a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to Linda. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. Sale items may not be returned. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books, including digital downloads may not be returned. All returns must be in original condition and packaging and they must not have a smoke odor to them. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded.
