How to make a Pillowcase

I just finished making my first Quilt of Valor. But before I can send it on, the Quilt of Valor Foundation requires I make a coordinating pillowcase as a presentation cover for the quilt. I used Crafty Gemini’s method but increased the length. It is so easy to make and I will be doing this for all my future quilt gifts I think.
