Waiting for the Postman

I’ve decided to make the Victory Quilts sampler squares in the order Eleanor Burns has published her videos. Unfortunately, I’m now waiting for the mini-geese ruler set she uses for this square. I really wish authors would include templates with their books…I’d pay the extra when I purchase the book versus having to hunt down the template (okay…jumping off soapbox now). I recognize that I can make flying geese using other methods, but I’m intrigued by hers and want to try it out.

So…stay tuned. I’ve picked out my fabrics for the entire project…I’ll post this first square as soon as it’s done!
