I assembled 2 rows of 12 Sugar Bowl squares for the top and bottom sections of this round. Then I assembled 2 rows of 15 Sugar Bowl squares for the left and right sections of this round. I added 2 Sugar Bowl corner squares to the 15 square rows.I placed a row of 12 squares face down on the top of the quilt and sewed together. I then trimmed the extra batting and backing from the previous round. |

Next I flipped the quilt over and placed the 9-inch wide backing face down to the back of the quilt. After pinning, I stitched along the same stitching line used for the top. |

Next I butted up the 9-inch wide batting to the seam allowance and zigzagged together. |

Then I flipped open the backing and top, pressed and pin basted. |
