Arkansas Crossroads II
After seeing my sister’s Christmas quilt, my sister-in-law asked me to make her a queen bed quilt. Her bedroom colors are blue, yellow and white so I chose Windham Fabrics Chesapeake collection. I also chose to do more free motion quilting on this quilt and incorporated flowers, leaves and feathers into the quilting design. I had enough fat quarters left over to add some accent pillows.

Thank you for your ideas on the 16 patch block. I made 3 quilts as a gift for my 3 sons.

Glad the ideas helped you out. I’ve used this pattern for several of my family members as well. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a reliable plugin that will allow safe pics in comments on my wordpress site. The bad guys hurt us all. I don’t know if you downloaded my pattern here but I also have it on Craftsy. You can post your pics there if you are a member and attach them to the pattern. I would love to see what you have done. 🙂
