Carrot-Raisin Salad
Delicious and easy to make!
Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 3/4 pound carrots scraped and shredded
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions

Combine carrot, raisins, and walnuts in a bowl.

Combine mayonnaise and remaining 3 ingredients, stirring well; add to carrot mixture.

Toss gently. Cover and chill.
