Dear Jane
The Jane Stickle Quilt
For those that have been following my progress with The Dear Jane Quilt, I apologize for the delay. My husband had been very sick and passed away on September 15th. The funeral was this past Monday (day before yesterday).
I have been busy trying to get my life (and act) together. I promise I have not abandoned this quilt. I just cannot give anyone a date as to when I will be able to return….hopefully within the next couple of weeks.

my heart breaks for you during this most difficult time in your life. i found great support, help, and comfort through a support group called Grief Share. It is a christian based group and is typically offer through a church. when you are ready you might want to check them out. i started going to Grief Share a couple of years after the death of my daughter – it took me about 3 years just to be able to talk about it but once i did it really helped. i wish you peace and love through this difficult time.
