Christmas Tree Panel

My sister-in-law surprised me with this life-like Christmas tree panel she found. Her idea was to attach Christmas decorations to it and hang on a wall as a decoration. I took it a step further by adding batting and backing to it for dimension. I found a pine cone fabric to use as the border, added dowel holders to the back and did a basic cross hatch quilt on the background with some snow flakes at the top. Then I surprised her back by sending it to her.
