Honey Wheat Bread
I’ve been experimenting with this recipe for a couple of weeks now. Think this is it! Here’s my latest version…as you can see from the picture, it turned out great. Very light and moist.
What You Need
- 1-1/3 cup warm water
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 4 Tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2-3/4 cups bread flour
- 1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 Tablespoons vital wheat gluten
- 3 teaspoons rapid rise yeast
Putting It Together
- Place into bread machine in order listed. Use the quick wheat bread cycle.
