| One of my favorite Chinese dishes is Moo Shu Beef, primarily for the plum sauce included. I've have purchased numerous jars of Chinese Plum Sauce over the years, but they never taste like the plum sauce served in a Chinese Restaurant. At last, I've found a recipe that replicates that flavor and is incredibly easy to make. It's great with egg rolls, chicken nuggets, or whatever else you can think of. One suggestion is to to baste chicken baked in the oven or cooked on the grill. |
